Please let Amy know if you have made a reservation to stay at Omega
for the full weekend.
And please include a check (payable to Amy) to cover the following
costs:
- Saturday Reunion Fee (for day participants only): $25 per adult, $10 per child
- T-shirts: $15 each (indicate number and sizes: S, M, L, XL)
- Sweatshirts: $20 each (indicate number and sizes: S, M, L, XL)
- Optional contribution: $10 (to help cover costs)
Note: T-shirt and sweatshirt orders must be received by 3/1/98 (so order now!)
