You can make reservations by calling the Omega Institute directly at (800) 944-1001. Please be sure to tell them that you are part of the Boiberik retreat. The cost for the weekend is $185-$315 per person, $70 per child (includes registration and facility fees) depending on accommodations:
The $70 fee for children is for them sharing your accommodations, i.e. sleeping next to you in sleeping bags. All weekend rates include three meals on Saturday, two meals on Sunday.
There will be an additional fee for the night for those people who want to arrive on Thursday afternoon and food will be available for sale at the Omega Cafe on Friday.
For those not staying on campus or those wishing to come for the day on Saturday, there will be a day fee of $25 per adult, $10 per child, payable to Omega, to be paid on arrival. Meal tickets can be purchased at the dining hall or food can be purchased at the Cafe.
Space is limited as there will be other courses taking place the same weekend as the retreat. Please reserve early.
Omega will provide shuttle service to and from the Rhinebeck train and bus station for a fee of $5 per person. You should reserve this service in advance by calling the 800 number.
